Danline
Danline (also called Polysteel) was developed to meet the need for a stronger and more durable polypropylene based fibre. It`s strength and good wearing qualities make Danline particularly suitable for rope that has to cope with demanding conditions, not least the fishing industry.
This material does not rot or absorb water, withstands most acids, alkalis, is stabilised against sunlight and floats due to a specific weight of only 0,91.
Danline fibre is extruded in 3000 denier filaments from machines specially designed for this syntetic material. Our in-line sytem turns these filaments directly into twisted yarn of the desired dimention for rope production.
We supply Danline in diameters from 3 mm to 60 mm.
