Our lead rope gillnet fishing is available in sizes ranging from 10 kg of lead per gillnet (18mm) to 1,4 kg of lead per gillnet (6mm)
Sustainability
Customers who do not clean their gillnets themselves can send them to ASVO, where they are cleaned, repaired, reused or prepared for recycling. Used gillnets are cleaned and refurbished whenever possible, while worn netting materials are recycled. Lead recovered from lead lines is collected and reused, and reusable components are returned to our facility at Flatraket for incorporation into new nets.
We have a very good collaboration with ASVO and Retura on reuse and recycling.
